easily add desired items to your shopping bag and check order status. Your account
includes a Famkools ID and password.
2. Selecting Products
(1)Use the search box in the upper right corner or the navigation bar on the left to
find desired products by category or brand.
(2)Choose "New Products" to see recently added items or "Hot Sale" to view discounted
products.
3. Making a Purchase
(1)You can choose to buy directly from the product page or add items to your shopping
bag.
4. Buy Now
(1)Select specifications and discounts on the product page.
(2)Submit the order and confirm the delivery method.
5. Adding to Shopping Bag
(1)Click "Add to Shopping Bag" on the product details page. The item will be added to
your shopping bag, and you can continue shopping.
(2)In the shopping bag, you can adjust the quantity, remove items, or empty the bag for
a fresh selection.
(3)View discounts and savings on the order in the shopping bag.
Reminder: Product prices may adjust with market trends, so act promptly when you find a
desired item. Items in the shopping bag are visible across devices for logged-in accounts
but not for guest users.
6. Confirming Purchase
(1)After selecting items, you can choose to use available coupons or loyalty points.
(2)Click "Checkout Now" in the shopping bag to proceed to the order confirmation page.
7. Submitting the Order
(1)Famkools provides two delivery options: in-store pickup and logistics delivery.
(2)For logistics delivery, enter recipient information. Famkools ensures privacy
protection; sensitive information won't be visible on the delivery box or label.
(3)If your purchase qualifies, you may choose in-store pickup. Famkools will notify you
by email or SMS when the order is ready.
(4)Select available discounts. Note that coupons and points cannot be used
simultaneously.
(5)After verifying the information, choose a payment method. Famkools offers multiple
payment options.
8. Purchase Notes
8.1 Inspection Before Shipping
(1)After order creation, certain products will undergo quality checks at Famkools
headquarters before shipping. If a product fails inspection, Famkools will contact you to
confirm order cancellation.
8.2 Other Considerations
(1)Orders will be shipped to Famkools for quality inspection before being shipped to
customers (delivery time depends on the product's warehouse location).
(2)Famkools only accepts returns for products with inherent quality issues.
(3)In the case of return/exchange due to product quality issues, Famkools covers the
return shipping cost.
(4)When returning/exchanging goods, include accessories, gifts, product manuals,
invoices, etc., or the return may be declined.
