Logistics Delivery

1. Hong Kong Inventory: Generally, customers in Hong Kong and Macau can expect delivery within 2-4 working days after order confirmation. For other regions, due to overseas goods being subject to customs and other factors, delivery is estimated within 5-18 working days.
2. Once the product is dispatched, Famkools will not accept refusal of delivery. Exceptions include packaging damage or product deterioration caused by the logistics company. Refusal to accept the delivery will result in the deduction of the entire payment.

In-store Pickup

1.Pickup Process:

Upon submitting a pickup order with Famkools, when the order status shows "Ready for Pickup" or after receiving a notification via SMS or email, you can proceed to the designated pickup point (do not arrive for pickup if the order status is different).
- (1) When arriving at the pickup point, please present the order confirmation email to the staff.
- (2) After signing for the goods, take the items. For specific standards regarding goods acceptance, please refer to the Goods Inspection and Acceptance Instructions.

2.Store Regular Opening Hours and Address:

Address: Unit 10-12, 10/F, Tower B, Southmark, No 11 Yip Hing Street, Wong Chuk Hang, Hong Kong
Operating Hours: Monday - Friday: 09:00 - 18:00, Saturday: 09:00 - 12:00(Excluding public holidays)
3.Special Store Hours / Arrangements for Inclement Weather:
The store might have special operating hours on specific holidays or under special circumstances, details of which will be announced via the Famkools website/Facebook.
(1) Yellow/Red Rainstorm Signals/Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 1 or below: The store will operate normally.
(2) Black Rainstorm Warning Signal: If the store is already open, business hours will remain unchanged. If the black rainstorm warning is in effect before the store's opening, it will temporarily close and resume business within two hours after the warning is lifted. If the remaining opening hours are less than five hours when the black rainstorm warning is removed, the store will remain closed for the day.
(3) Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8: If the store is already open, after the observatory announces an upgrade to tropical cyclone warning signal No. 8, the store will close after all customers leave. If the warning is in effect two hours before the store's opening, it will temporarily close and resume business within two hours after the observatory lowers the signal to No. 3 or below. If the remaining opening hours are less than five hours when the warning is lowered, the store will remain closed for the day.
(4) Tropical Cyclone Warning Signals No. 9/10: The store will remain closed for the day.
4.* Note:
- If the store is closed due to adverse weather, the pickup deadline will automatically extend by one day.

5.Modifying / Canceling Pickup Orders:

Due to orders immediately entering an automated logistics process upon confirmation, making last-minute changes in confirmed orders might lead to discrepancies in logistics records, affecting delivery arrangements. Hence, we regret that we're unable to cancel or modify confirmed orders. We appreciate your understanding.

6. To facilitate a smoother shopping experience, we recommend adding preferred items to the cart or wishlist, confirming order details (including quantity, style, discounted prices, etc.) before payment to ensure a quicker and proper delivery.

6.Pickup Arrangement:

(a) Famkools will send a "Pickup Notice" message through the message center. Please collect the items from the Famkools store within three working days after the goods arrive.
(b) You can also check the delivery status through your Famkools app account record. Enable your phone's "Push Notification" function to receive the latest updates.
(c) If you exceed the pickup deadline, a storage fee of HK$200/day will apply for overdue pickups, and no refunds will be issued.
