Influencer Operations |
Position Responsibilities: Responsible for local influencer operations in Hong Kong, accountable for the quantity and quality of influencers joining, as well as the quantity and quality of content produced by influencers. Organize a list of targeted influencers for invitation, develop an invitation strategy, and secure influencer account authorization (for managed operations) and contractual agreements through ongoing visits and negotiations. Gather insights into influencers' content production and fan engagement on the platform, and report these to support and product teams. Discover and share excellent content and fan engagement case studies on the platform, and organize influencer learning and exchange sessions. Manage brand/business promotional demands, match suitable influencers for task assignments, and oversee the entire process of influencers completing assignments. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher, with 3-5 years of work experience. 1-2 years of experience in influencer or artist operations, preferably with experience in media or MCN (Multi-Channel Network) companies. Ability in strategy refinement, product thinking, and project management, strong learning capability, and execution skills. Proficiency in Cantonese and English as daily working languages. |
Event Planning |
Job Responsibilities: Develop the annual activity rhythm and thematic planning for the platform to enhance user engagement and platform reputation. Based on the annual promotional schedule, devise promotional activity plans for shelf e-commerce and coordinate execution with the production and operation teams. Identify local trends and hot topics in Hong Kong, plan community event themes and discussion topics to increase user participation and engagement. Responsible for offline event planning, coordinating with third-party event, advertising, ground promotion, and construction companies to ensure smooth project execution. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, with 1-3 years of work experience (including internships). Experience in both online and offline event planning, preferably in online communities or the high-end retail industry. Proficiency in writing, design, and project management, with strong learning and execution skills. Proficiency in Cantonese and English as daily working languages; proficiency in Mandarin communication is a plus. |
