Returns

1. Famkools operates on a bidding system where product prices fluctuate according to market dynamics. Buyers are advised to purchase based on their comfort with the price. Once a transaction is completed, buyers cannot request a refund for price differences from the seller.
2. Regarding local Hong Kong products, those sold by Famkools are generally unused and often limited to one item per seller for the same model or specification. These local products are typically luxury/fashion items. Due to their nature, after transportation and handling, they might incur damage or stains, resulting in decreased value. Therefore, returns or exchanges are not supported unless due to product quality issues.
3. Concerning overseas products, they also fall within the luxury/fashion category. Similarly, due to their characteristics and the cross-border nature of shipping, returns or exchanges are not supported for reasons other than product quality issues. Your understanding is appreciated.
4. If buyers notice quality issues upon receiving the product, they should initiate post-sales service within 24 hours and ensure the product, unopened tags, anti-counterfeit measures, and original packaging are intact. If doubts persist about the authenticity of the product during usage, a written appraisal from a professional quality inspection agency is required. Famkools will handle this according to national regulations. Failure to contact customer service promptly is considered refusal without cause, and the buyer must pay the full amount.
5. In cases of product quality issues where Famkools approves the return, buyers must meet these conditions for the return to be accepted:
(1) Buyers must initiate the return within 24 hours of signing for the product (within the immediately following 24 hours shown by the logistics).
(2) Tags, anti-counterfeit measures, etc., attached by the platform or seller on the product should not be damaged or removed.
(3) Return shipments must be sent by the buyer using the specified courier service (SF Express) on a cash-on-delivery basis, with Famkools bearing the relevant shipping costs.
(4) Apart from inherent quality issues, returned items should not be damaged or affect secondary sales; if there were any complimentary items, they should also be returned.
